About us: SM:Mix Lightwave is a fan-made complete mix for stepmania that will feature over 100 songs, a custom theme, and more by the time it's finished. What's so special about that, you ask? "It's another pack of files, blahdy blah, heard it all before." Well, THINK AGAIN! Lightwave is intended to be like a new edition of a real music game; as such, you won't be seeing the standard DDR Edits and hack-and-slash mixes of every bemani song and its brother... We're focusing on new music and great presentation; not only steps but graphics and theming as well, to make this project the best pad pack around! We're aiming for the japanese fanmixes with our graphics and theming, but we hope to far surpass them in terms of step quality. The focus of Lightwave is to have favorite and original music from artists all over, some you may have heard of (DM Ashura, Vospi, CanBlaster, JakaZID, Dj Meas) and many new artists who have created songs just for this project! (Dr1010, iCONiSM, 10:Hearts, x0_000, Helix Eternal) Songs span many genres of music, ranging from pop to hardcore techno, and we're looking for more stepfile artists to help us finish this massive stack of awesomeness so we can send it across the internets into the hearts of everyone everywhere (or something like that.) This mix is intended to be 100% legal, so any songs you upload should be original works by you, or works we will be able to license from the artist: we're intending to be the first completely legal and legitimate Stepmania mix!
